Physician: Family Medicine - McHenry, IL

Northwestern Medicine Health Network Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in McHenry, IL, located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.

As a NM Family Medicine physician in our practice, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families of all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. Highlights:

• Join a team of 8 Primary Care Physicians
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with flexible schedule
• Call responsibilities:
  One week every 6 months
• Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
• Advance practice provider, nurse, and medical assistant support
• Multispecialty clinic with Immediate Care Center
• Hospital privileges at NM Huntley, McHenry, and Woodstock Hospitals
• EPIC electronic health system

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Valid and unrestricted IL license
