Position: Physical Therapist $5,000 Bonus

Senior Recruiter at Nova Care Rehabilitation/Select Physical Therapy, a division of Select Medical Outpatient Orthopedics

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Lake in the Hills/Mchenry Split
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annually, based on years of experience
Incentives: $5,000 Bonus, with the opportunity to qualify for additional quarterly bonuses and/or Student Debt Benefit Program

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors
  • Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
  • Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
  • CPR certification
  • Spanish language proficiency (a plus)
