Sales Representative - Home Healthcare

Full Time – Hybrid

Sales Representative – Home Healthcare

As a Sales Representative in the field of home health at Assure

HHI, you will play a vital role in promoting and educating various communities, healthcare organizations, hospitals, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare providers about the services offered by Assure Home Health. In this role, you will spearhead grassroots efforts, foster relationships, and act as a liaison with local community and professional organizations, influential community leaders, clients, patients, and media outlets to emphasize our role as a premier home healthcare service provider.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize a comprehensive marketing and sales plan to strategically expand our client base in the designated territory.
  • Conduct daily face-to-face sales interactions with referral sources to generate promising business leads.
  • Engage in 35 - 40 sales calls or visits per week, targeting both medical and non-medical referral partners, including new and follow-up interactions.
  • Plan and orchestrate community marketing events to bolster our presence and create new connections and business prospects within the community.
