The Director of Maintenance oversees all commercial landscape maintenance operations across the Bartlett and

McHenry branches. This role provides leadership to Maintenance Supervisors and is responsible for daily execution,

scheduling, ticket management, fleet coordination, and preventative maintenance to ensure efficient, high-quality

• Lead, mentor, and manage 4–5 Maintenance Supervisors across multiple branches
• Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and service ticket management in Aspire
• Coordinate labor, staffing levels, and daily priorities to meet operational demands
• Manage fleet coordination including trucks, trailers, and maintenance equipment
• Implement and enforce preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime
• Coordinate equipment repairs with internal mechanics and external vendors
• Partner with Account Managers and leadership to resolve service issues and client needs
• Enforce safety standards and support field audits and quality control

• 7+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience
• Proven leadership experience managing supervisors and field crews
• Strong working knowledge of Aspire or similar landscape management software
• Experience with fleet management and preventative maintenance programs
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
