10:45 pm to 7:15 am | Days:
Sunday–Thursday.

As a Production Operator, you will set up and operate machinery to blend, mix, or transport chemicals that form our customer products. Your responsibilities include maintaining equipment, ensuring quality control, recording data, and supporting the company’s vision while adhering to safety and regulatory rules.

• Set up, start, and run all machinery.
• Weigh ingredients to meet recipe specifications and feed them into machinery, or insert pre‑blended materials.
• Monitor production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Operate machinery to mix, extrude, discharge, or handle materials.
• Take material samples for lab evaluation and adjust batches as instructed.
• Perform all required machine cleaning.
• Document work completed, including logs, data reports, and procedures.

• High School diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or equivalent training and experience.
• Preferred work experience in an industrial operations environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedure manuals.
• Mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide; use conversions and work with different units (weight, volume, density, distance, etc.).

• Requires standing and sitting for extended periods, speaking and listening.
• Must be able to walk and use hands; occasionally bend, stoop, climb ladders and stairs.
• May occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Must communicate and understand work instructions in a loud, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Must detect and respond to safety alarms.
• Requires use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, shoes, hearing protection, hard hat, and respiratory protection.
• Exposure to outside weather conditions, extreme heat, and humidity is routine.
• May be exposed to dust or fumes on occasion.
