A leading healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse Inpatient for a float pool role in ICU/Stepdown/Tele/Med-Surg. The position requires a BSN or ADN (with commitment to obtain BSN) and a current Illinois RN license. You will be responsible for coordinating nursing care and collaborating with healthcare teams. This role includes 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts and requires basic life support certification.

Strong interpersonal and analytic skills are necessary.
