• Perform Start‑Up inspection, In‑process inspection, final audit, and dock audit.
• Communicate quality issues to leads, technicians, managers, and the Quality Team.
• Authority to put on HOLD non‑conforming products by issuing DMR or stop production to correct quality problems.
• Perform receiving inspection / incoming audit.
• Record scrap parts on the production floor.
• Work with the Quality Manager to support operation of Certified Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, FSSC Food Safety).
• Back‑up to other inspectors’ shifts as needed.
• Support document control and QMS.
• Use hand tools, including micrometers, calipers, height gauge, etc., and run programs for CMM, Keyence, and Micro‑Vu.
• Use Microsoft Office.
• Occasional weekend overtime may be required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Blueprint reading and GD&T skills preferred.
• Quality inspection experience in injection molding environment preferred.
• Backtracking experience is a plus.
• Understanding, speaking, reading, and writing in English is a must; intermediate Spanish preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, or sit for long intervals and spend extended periods in the production area or warehouse.
• Required scheduled hours: 10:45 PM–7 AM Sunday–Thursday, with occasional weekends for overtime.
• Punctuality, integrity, willingness to learn, and teamwork are ideal characteristics.
