Base pay range: $62,000.00/yr - $68,000.00/yr

Responsible for generating company revenue, new account sales, and market awareness around Nelbud Service lines. Expand your CAREER now! NELBUD is growing and we want you to grow with us. We are modernizing the ways of Fire Protection, Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning, Grease Trap Services, and more.

• Hood – kitchen hood cleaning, technical services, and repair
• Fire – Fire protection & suppression systems
• Grease – grease trap cleaning and line jetting

• Competitive base salary with bonus potential and uncapped commission

• Full cycle selling - prospecting, qualifying, discovery meetings, site visits, proposal building, and closing new business in a B2B environment
• Target key verticals - restaurants, hotels, hospitals, long-term care, K-12 schools, colleges, corporate offices, entertainment venues & more
• Conduct physical visits to customer locations with a demonstrated working knowledge of the applicable local, municipal, and NFPA code requirements
• Work with prospects in a consultative manner as a fire and life safety expert
• Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD

• Successful B2B sales experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Controls or Life Safety solutions and service sales experience is a big plus
• Consultative selling approach
• Willingness and ability to work with a hands-on approach
• CRM programs required, Salesforce experience strongly preferred
• Ability to access plenum areas, rooftops, electrical closets, and mechanical rooms; use of ladders, inspection tools, and camera
