Salary: $20 per hour ($41,600 annually)

Follett Content Solutions supports educators worldwide with print and digital resources. This role is a Business Development Representative focused on driving revenue growth through new business opportunities in the education market.

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with the sales team to build strong relationships with clients.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• Close deals and achieve sales targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in the technology or education industry.
• Experience with CRM software.
• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a pipeline of leads.
• Strategic thinking and execution of sales strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
