• Work side by side with teammates to install, wire, and service critical vehicle electronics—radios, laptops, docking stations, light bars, sirens, and more.
• Keep public safety vehicles mission-ready by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment in the shop and on-site.
• Take pride in delivering quality workmanship that first responders depend on every day.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates, ensuring projects run smoothly and expectations are exceeded.
• Maintain tools, parts, and inventory so the team is always ready to perform at its best.
• Be a problem solver, a team player, and a reliable partner in serving those who serve us.

• A hands-on learner with a high school diploma (technical degree a plus).
• Someone comfortable using hand and power tools with a knack troubleshooting.
• Experience or interest in working with automotive electronics and equipment.
• A dependable teammate with a professional, customer-first attitude.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
