SCHEDULE:

Tuesday – Friday 1st Shift 4:30am-3:00pm

This job position is required to supervise and coordinate activities of workers, engage in verifying and keep records on outgoing shipments, and prepare items for shipment.

• Leads the warehouse team and oversees the day-to-day operations including shipping, receiving, staging, and inventory control.
• Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, and orders to determine shipping priorities and methods.
• Shift and allocate resources, when necessary, cross training associates and manage changing priorities.
• Ensure shipping equipment is maintained and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Track packaging and shipping material inventory levels.
• Coordinate workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize labor costs.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to meet shipping deadlines.
• Train and coach team members; develop work instructions and support policy compliance.
• Ensure a safe work environment and recommend improvements to enhance safety and productivity.

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to write work instructions.
• Solid math and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Candidate must be detail oriented
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Computer knowledge required

• High school diploma or GED (Required)
