Plant Manager

Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at our Hiller facility. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain functions.

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.

This position operates primarily in a professional office environment, with some tasks performed in a manufacturing shop environment requiring frequent physical activity.

• Sit for extended periods.
• Use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
• Talk and hear.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
• Use hands and arms to handle tools, equipment, and materials.
• Lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.

May be exposed to moderate to high noise levels, vibrations, and varying temperatures. May involve working near moving mechanical parts and overhead cranes. Occasional travel to other company locations or for business meetings may be required. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots is necessary. The role may involve working around chemicals, lubricants, or other industrial materials.

Estimated salary range: $130,000 - $145,000, bonus eligible.
