What You’ll Do:
  • Work directly with customers with subprime or non-prime credit to secure auto financing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of subprime lenders and finance companies.
  • Analyze credit applications, structure deals, and present financing options that meet both customer needs and lender guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage and nurture special finance leads from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
  • Ensure all financing practices comply with federal, state, and dealership policies.
  • Drive consistent growth in special finance volume and report on deal metrics and pipeline activity.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, honest, and respectful communication.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in automotive special finance or a related F&I role (2–3 years preferred).
  • Deep understanding of subprime finance programs, credit bureaus, and lender criteria.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers rebuild credit.
  • Experience with automotive CRM and DMS platforms (Dealer track, Route One, etc.).
  • Professional appearance and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Commitment to ethical and compliant finance practices.
