Patient & Family Concierge Senior – 3C Addiction Medicine Unit

Location: UPMC Mc Keesport
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM. All of these shifts are eligible for an extra $1.10 more per hour!

UPMC McKeesport is seeking a Patient & Family Concierge Senior to join our 3C Addiction Medicine Unit
. This role is the central communication hub for the unit, ensuring smooth operations and compassionate care for a unique patient population.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and staff
• Manage physician requests, patient concerns, and departmental coordination
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a calm, supportive environment
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other tools to handle scheduling, documentation, and communication
• Uphold phone etiquette and professional communication standards

• Work in a community-based setting with a family-like atmosphere
• Support patients in Addiction Medicine
  , requiring an open heart and open mind

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
