Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare mold, pin, bag, spacers, and stomper for adding graded powders
- Retrieve graded powder from storage area based on pack slip requirements
- Add necessary amount of correct graded powders to bag
- Tie off bag and prepare load for press
- Mark brass tags as required for identification
- Record required information on pack slip and can card
- Position load into isostatic press
- Operate and monitor isostatic press
- Remove load from press
- Remove pressed part(s) from mold and bag
- Remove pin (if applicable)
- Scribe identification numbers on parts and deliver to saw room
- Perform preventative maintenance as required
- Keep press area and equipment clean and organized
Duties & Responsibilities
- Cut pressed parts in saw room to shop requirements to fulfill customer orders
- Weigh parts as needed
- Perform inventory functions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vista Safety Training
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
- Good work habits
- Good eye/hand coordination
- Ability to work shifts
- Heavy lifting (max wt. approx. 150 lbs)
