We're growing and looking for motivated, competitive individuals to join our team as full-time In-Home Sales Consultants.

What You'll Do:
You'll meet with homeowners throughout the Pittsburgh area to understand their needs and recommend solutions for foundation repair, waterproofing, and basement improvement projects.

This is a consultative sales position - you'll educate homeowners, build trust, answer questions, and help customers make informed decisions about protecting one of their largest investments: their home.

Your Earning Potential:
Your income isn't capped. The harder you work and the more successful you become, the more you can earn.

• First-year representatives commonly earn $90,000+
• Average sales representatives earn approximately $150,000
• Top performers earn $200,000+ annually

• Typically 2 appointments per day
• 1 evening per week
• 1 Saturday per month
• Schedule flexibility and independence

Sales experience is preferred, but not required. If you have customer-facing experience and the drive to succeed, we'll teach you the sales process.
