Production - Foundation Repair Foreman - Restore Pride

Keystone Basement Systems is looking for an experienced Foundation Repair & Structural Repair Foreman to lead residential foundation repair projects throughout the Pittsburgh area.

This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone with a strong background in foundation repair, structural stabilization, excavation, and heavy equipment operation. The ideal candidate knows how to lead a crew, maintain high standards of workmanship, and safely complete projects that help homeowners protect their most valuable investment.

• Lead and manage a crew on residential foundation repair, structural repair, and piering projects
• Operate and oversee heavy equipment used for excavation and pier installation
• Read project specifications and ensure work is completed according to company standards
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members while maintaining productivity and safety
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers throughout the installation process
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality
• Maintain equipment, tools, trucks, and job sites in a clean and organized condition
• Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards
• Set the example for professionalism, workmanship, and teamwork on every job

• Previous experience in foundation repair, piering, structural stabilization, or related construction
• Heavy equipment operating experience required — including excavators, skid steers, mini excavators, or similar equipment
• Proven leadership experience in a construction or skilled‑trades environment
• Strong understanding of job‑site safety procedures
• Ability to read plans, project specifications, and follow installation requirements
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
