We provide ad-hoc and SOW recruiting services for our clients.

Currently, we are looking for a talented and driven Payroll Specialist to help us continue support its IT Staffing Services Business. This position is responsible to handle day-to-day activities in the accounting department and report to the finance or accounting manager at our excellence center in McKinney, TX
. Working at with our client provides a compelling opportunity for the individual with a proven track record to be an impact player and to develop and lead a winning team.
In this role, you will manage recruiting teams to handle high volume hiring for US staffing recruitment roles.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for a large workforce with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Review and reconcile payroll inputs, ensuring all payroll input sheets are accurately prepared and up-to-date as per ADP format.
- Responsible for processing the payroll of all employees accurately & timely, using the ADP system.
- Review and reconcile payroll reports to identify and address any discrepancies, ensuring all payroll data is accurate and current.
- Perform routine audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Responsible for maintaining and generating various reports from ADP for audit and reconciliations.
- Required skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience familiarity with the company's accounting principles and financial reporting policies.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve stated objectives and goals, implement and maintain quality process for the team and its work output.
- A high attention to detail to identify risks, dive deep and discover the key cause and impact of options, decisions and outcomes.
- Essential to be detail-oriented to maintain the accuracy of accounting records.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English.
- 40 hours per week. M-F, must be authorized to work in the United States.

Strictly onsite.
