Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant – Plano, TX

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting and handle month-end close duties
• Performed GL maintenance and prepare associated journal entries
• Maintain reconciliations on financial statements such as balance sheets
• Investigate cash discrepancies and reconcile bank accounts
• Maintain and monitor fixed asset schedules and reporting

Requirements

• Experience with Net Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field of study)
• 2+ years of general accounting experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
