• Answer phones and transfer to appropriate departments/staff.
• Provide customer service and help guests with the front door alarm.
• Order office supplies and maintain office machines (call appropriate vendors).
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Sort incoming mail and distribute throughout the office.
• Complete other tasks/duties as may be assigned by management staff.

• A high school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of experience working in an office environment.
• General computer skills are required (knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Working knowledge of common office machines and various computer systems is helpful.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Exceptional customer service skills needed.
• Maintains a neat appearance and dresses appropriately to provide a positive image for the management office.
