Test Technician

Lead - Recruitment Department (Aerospace/Defense/Semiconductor)

Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will perform a variety of product tests using detailed work instructions, test procedures, and engineering documents to test and troubleshoot technologically advanced parts/products. Duties will include set up and operation of testing equipment, troubleshooting, documenting test results, and physical movement of materials on to and off of testing platforms. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of initiative, strong work ethic, function well under pressure, and maintain a success-oriented attitude while working with diverse teams.

• Ability to work long periods while standing, bending, and walking
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adapt to change
• Flexible and motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and interpret test data. Strong safety focus
• Ability to work with minimum supervision. Strong written and oral communication skills
• Enthusiastic, aggressive, self-starter with strong people skills

Education:

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with 2 years of relevant experience in Electronics,
  Military training in electronic testing/troubleshooting, or equivalent experience/education in testing processes.
