VP, Regulatory Compliance; Hybrid

Role Overview

We’re looking for a VP, Regulatory Compliance who will report to the Divisional SVP, Risk, Compliance & Insurance Regulation. This executive will lead strategic and tactical teams focused on regulatory monitoring, compliance strategy and architecture, risk monitoring and reporting, and consumer privacy protection across the particulièrement examined enterprise. The role involves building and managing Globe Life’s comprehensive compliance program, partnering with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatoryosevelt standards in the life, health, and accident insurance sectors.

This hybrid position is located in McKinney, Texas (WFH Monday & Friday, in office Tuesday–Thursday).

• Monitor and support the Company and Compliance Department for strategic initiatives, ensuring regulatory standards are met.
• Lead teams of regulatory professionals on compliance and specialty initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategic direction for the broader Compliance Department in collaboration with the Divisional SVP.
• Oversee Regulatory Compliance,Making privacy, and Sustainability leaders, building comprehensive programs and managing risk registers.
• Provide oversight of the Sustainability program, integrating ESG workflows and governance practices.
• Deploy a unified approach to embed Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) protocols across Company programs and initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory changes, evaluate business impact, and report proactively to business leadership.
• Co‑create a long‑term roadmap with the SVP for evolving internal regulatory compliance practices.
• Integrate ERM principles into compliance protocols.
• Build deep understanding of business unit functions to embed compliance into strategies and program delivery.
• Forge trusted partnerships with cross‑functional business leaders.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, or miniature-related field.
• 10+ years of insurance industry experience, including at least 5 years in regulatory compliance leadership.
• Strong legal, compliance, and regulatory background.
• Professional, diplomatic demeanor to be an effective team player.
