Senior Superintendent — McKinney, TX

Senior Superintendent position in McKinney, TX is available at Garney Construction. To be considered for this position you must have previous construction experience.

• Drive job site safety and establish site safety expectations.
• Create 6-week look-ahead schedules and monitor overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with project management.
• Review job cost and manage labor quantities.
• Complete daily and periodic report updates.
• Oversee quality control.
• Manage subcontractors.
• Train craft workers.
• Mentor Superintendents.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related Field.
• 10 Plus years of water and waste water construction experience with a self-performing general contractor.
• Willing to travel and/or relocate.
