Description
The Construction Foreman oversees site work and system operations, supervising laborers and operators, servicing landfill gas equipment, performing inspections, troubleshooting, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site work and assess priorities
• Communicate with supervisors on project progress
• Provide task instructions and ensure timely completion
• Maintain records and logs
• Understand pump controls, piping, SCADA systems, and landfill layouts
• Perform inspections and maintenance tasks
• Follow electrical safety and lock-out/tag-out procedures
• Weld HDPE pipes and liners

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 5 years of relevant construction experience
• Experience leading construction crews
• Strong leadership, collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Customer focus and ethical conduct
• Project management skills
