Senior Estimator Commercial Construction

We are confidentially partnering with a leading general contractor known for its excellence in K-12, higher education, municipal, and commercial projects to add a Senior Estimator to their preconstruction team. This is a strategic role with high visibility and impact.

• Lead and manage the full estimating process from concept through bid submission.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents to build detailed cost proposals.
• Develop scopes of work, value engineering options, and preconstruction plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Participate in presentations and meetings with ownership and stakeholders.

• 7+ years of experience in estimating commercial construction projects.
• Deep knowledge of hard‑bid, design‑assist, and CMAR delivery methods.
• Strong understanding of unit cost development, takeoffs, and proposal writing.
• Proficiency in estimating software (Win Est, OST, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
