You will inspect residential, commercial, and multi-family structures for life-safety, verify conformance with codes, and document findings. ICC certification is preferred and must be obtained within six months.
A Texas driver’s license is required. Under supervision, you’ll travel to sites, communicate with contractors and residents, and contribute to a safe, high-performing work environment
