* Objectives:
** Manage over $200MM+ of combined Lockbox, ACH, wire and counter deposits
* Obtain Debit Memo’s when not provided prior to payment from customers*  & document all deductions and attach to all documents
* Prep payments in advance of large deposits
* Communicate deductions via email to all Sales Reps &  D & R Specialists
* Keep senior management advise on all deposits daily
* Test ERP system for updates made to Net Suite periodically through the year
* Answer auditor requests with urgency
* Communicate Non-Trade AR to accounting or other
* Provide Statements to customers on a scheduled basis (via excel & outlook)
* Provide backup to D & R Specialists for freight claim deposits
* Offset CR/DR memos as requested by management or D & R Specialists
* Manage all documents on server in an organized fashion

* Required Skills:

** Extremely organized (includes physical & online files)
* Excellent time management skills
* TEAM PLAYER – Able to work well with other team members and offers to assist where others need it without management directive
* Proficient in Excel
* Great communication skills is an absolute requirement as communication via telephone is our preferred method of communication over email
* Thorough documentation skills (leaving notes for on deductions for others to see if needed)
* Punctual and great attendance, can self-manage work hours based on workload
* Proficient in Cash Applications using CSV uploads and manual processing
* Preferred
* * 5 years or more of cash application experience
* Net Suite / Oracle
* Excel Pivot Table / V-Lookup
