Location and Pay

Location: Bexley at West Ridge – McKinney, TX

Pay: Hourly rates competitive, starting at $19/hour with quarterly bonuses based on experience.
Schedule: Rotating Saturdays and occasional evenings for resident events.

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. You’ll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. You’ll juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks – and we’ll provide all the training and support you need to excel.
