School Age Teacher

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre‑K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after‑school programs. As a School Age Teacher at Xplor Preschools, you will help create, manage, and participate in a variety of learning environments and activities that provide opportunities for students to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives. Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well‑being of the school, and the collective/individual interest of its staff and student body.

Split Shift – 7:00 am – 10:00 am / 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm (Monday – Friday)

5 years – 12 years (Must be open to working with all ages)

$16 – $19 per hour (Depending on experience and education)

• Relationship Building:
  Have a strong desire to work collaboratively with a talented team of diverse educators and administrators. Develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with families, students, and the school community.

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Often carrying and lifting 25 pounds or less (25‑50%) and occasionally carrying 25‑50 pounds (10‑25%).
• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Driving a mini‑bus and/or van (Non‑CDL) is required for this role.
