RPM xConstruction, LLC is currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our Paving Division, who willbe responsible to prepare, organize, and follow-up on project procurement.

• Reviews & approves the following Invoice categories
• Works with estimators identifying scope gaps and tracks to ensure items properly covered prior to project starting.

Tracks daily quantities for analysis.

Reviews and corrects Heavy Job production qty’s as needed.

Development and tracking of short interval project schedules.

Manage subcontractor scopes and payment applications.

Setup and maintains PCO log and subcontract change orders.

Issues submittals and RFI’s. Thoroughly tracks the status of each.

Provides direction or oversight as needed.

Assists project manager with deliverables for both internal and external review.

Maintains utility locates, permits and approvals.

Acquires, tracks & returns water meters.

Observes and learns field processes to gain a better understanding of how the work is built.

Degree in Construction Management/Engineering.

Skilled in use of computer and software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to learn new software.

• Demonstrates solid communication, customer service skills, and verbal/written skills with all levels of company personnel and outside vendors/suppliers.

Ability to present in a large meeting or training environment.

Demonstrates high level of organization and attention to detail.

• Position spends approximately 90% of time sitting at a desk and 10% standing or walking.

Must be available for work 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday, with some varied hours as projects require.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to computers and general office equipment at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
