Sr. Project Manager - Site Development

Summary: As a fully competent Professional Engineer with a minimum of 10-15 years site experience in the Houston Market. Candidate must have experience in project management, site engineering, business development, team building and project profitability for retail, industrial, institutional, commercial and multifamily projects.

• Team Leader, development and client manager.
• Supervision of less experienced engineers or technical support personnel is exercised on an assignment basis and is not an on-going substantial component at this level.
• Experience in proposal writing and project management.
• Responsible for conceptualizing the initial design approach for a major phases of a large project, or have overall responsibility for the engineering work on a project.
• Plans, schedules, conducts or coordinates engineering work involving conventional engineering practices but may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements.
• Exercises judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria.
• Strong History of repeat business and long-term client relationships

• Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering is required.
• Registration as a Licensed Professional Engineer or has made application and is awaiting Registration.

• 10 - 15 years of post-graduate experience in Site Engineering
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Experienced in Client Management
