WhatYou Will Do
- Perform troubleshooting of automation assemblies, electrical and RF pathways, mechanical and pneumatic assemblies.
- Use power supplies, oscilloscopes, signal generators, power analyzers, and other test equipment to diagnose failures.
- Evaluate failed electrical assemblies, products, components, and software to determine the root cause down to the component level, emphasizing hands‑on evaluation experience.
- Conduct electronic troubleshooting using technical expertise, not pre‑written step‑by‑step procedures.
- Take ownership and work self‑driven to meet or exceed deliverables.
- Collaborate with senior Electrical Engineers, test technicians, and product Quality Assurance to move failed assemblies through Repair & Return processes.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics.
- Maintain control of Electro‑static Sensitive Device (ESD) precautions and processes in full compliance with established procedures.
- Support Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) projects.
- AA/AS degree (or equivalent 2‑year post‑high‑school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
- Experience testing or troubleshooting electronic assemblies at the component level.
- Experience troubleshooting equipment, including collaborative automation, mechanical and/or electrical assemblies.
- Proficiency with test and evaluation measurement equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, RF equipment, etc.
- Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued security clearance required before start date.
- U.S. citizenship required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Electrical/electronic evaluation/troubleshooting experience of test equipment and product testing.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- CMES/SAP experience.
- Electrical Test Technical degree.
- Experience in RF troubleshooting.
- DoD experience.

The salary range for this role is USD 56,000 – 112,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
