Raytheon is seeking a successful candidate to perform any combination of the following tasks in support of the evaluation/rework/repair of various product lines including (but not limited to) RF electronics, electronics assemblies, high-power distribution assemblies, electromechanical assemblies, cable/harness assemblies, electronics rack‑mount systems/chassis, circuit card assemblies, and other similar‑complexity assemblies.
What You Will Do- Manage an accurate records/database (ARAMIS) of all inventory supported by the APC Test & Sustainment team.
- Project future demand and spare requirements based on internal discussions with stakeholders.
- Provide weekly reports to stakeholders on various topics including but not limited to test set availability/uptime reporting, SPS/Aramis Status, and 30/60/90 day outlook for upcoming equipment calibrations.
- Strong sense of ownership and self‑driven to meet or exceed deliverable expectations.
- Work with senior Electrical Engineering, test technicians, and product Quality Assurance towards evaluating, repairing, and moving all calibrated equipment to proper locations.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure regulations and all procedures are adhered to.
- Read and interpret Assembly Drawings and Schematics.
- Maintain control of all Electro‑static Sensitive Device (ESD) precautions and processes – ensuring full compliance to established ESD processes. Support the bi‑annual re‑certification process of all equipment.
- Support the culture of Continuous Process Improvements (CPI) Projects.
This will be a 1st Shift 6:00am-3pm, onsite role.
Qualifications You Must Have- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years of recent relevant experience.
- Experience with Electrical/electronic evaluation/troubleshooting experience of test equipment and product testing.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
- Experience with use of test and evaluation measurement equipment, including (but not limited to): DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, RF equipment, etc.
- Electrical/electronic evaluation/troubleshooting experience of test equipment and product testing.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.).
- CMES/SAP experience.
- Electrical Technical degree.
- Experience in RF, troubleshooting.
- DoD experience.
