What You Will Do:

Assume responsibility for all aspects of the MMIC development process including RF and DC topology choices to optimize performance, analysis and documentation of performance, layout, submission to the foundry, and verification to specifications.

Collaborate with other MMIC engineers to share lessons-learned, grow the team’s knowledge base, improve the MMIC development process and increase first-pass successes.

Participate in rigorous and systematic design reviews and documentation of design decisions to ensure work outputs are of high quality and will function as simulated.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

Experience with Keysight ADS and in EM tools such as HFSS, Momentum Experience designing GaN, GaAs, and/or CMOS MMICsQualifications We Prefer:
