WhatYou Will Do
Provide financial support for programs and tasks from the startup phase of initial proposal support and costing through the mature phase of Inter‑Organizational Transfer (IOT) processing, baselining and budgetary creation, sales forecasting and cost control and analysis. Receive a wide sampling and vast exposure to potential assignments within Finance and Business ranging from Program Cost and Control, Financial Planning and Analysis, Proposal Process, to Budgets and Planning.
QualificationsYou Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or a Business related field & less than 2 years relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint)
- US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to include executive level interaction
- Ability to work within a fast-moving business
- Deep critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Leverage critical thinking skills to provide value‑added analysis to management
- Ability to meet critical deadlines

Salary range for this role is $55,000 – $107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
