• Client Care & Services:
  Lash extensions, brow lamination, tinting, sugaring, facials, upselling, client education
• Studio Operations:
  Sanitation, check‑in/out, team support, studio upkeep
• Professional Growth:
  Training, ongoing skill development, world‑class service standards

• Must‑Haves: Esthetician/cosmetology license, willingness to learn Deka Lash techniques, availability evenings/weekends
• Nice‑to‑Haves: Sales experience, lash and/or brow certification, prior lash application experience
• Soft Skills: Punctual, friendly, team‑oriented, growth mindset
