Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hairdresser located in McKinney, TX. The Hairdresser will perform daily tasks such as cutting, styling, and coloring hair, as well as providing hair care treatments and advising clients on proper hair maintenance. Additional responsibilities include ensuring excellent customer service by understanding client needs, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and staying updated on current trends and techniques in cosmetology.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and Hair Cutting
• Knowledge of professional Cosmetology practices and standards
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and build relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor
• State-approved cosmetology license is required
• Previous experience in a salon or similar environment is preferred
