Diesel Barbershop is a high-traffic men’s grooming shop in the urban city center of Cityline located in Richardson, Texas. We’re hiring licensed barbers and cosmetologists who want busy chairs, strong weekly earnings, and a professional, well-run shop.

Pay & Earnings (Clear and Honest):- $900 – $1,600 per week (total compensation)
- Paid weekly
- Guaranteed hourly base ($14–$16/hr (Base is paid for all hours worked)
- Tips (typically $9–$15/hr)
- Productivity bonuses
- Retail commissions
- Newer full-time barbers: $23–$26/hr
- Experienced full-time barbers: ~$38–$47/hr
- Earnings vary by schedule, experience, and consistency.
Consistent walk-in and appointment traffic
Faster-paced than boutique or luxury lounges
Designed for barbers who like busy days and full chairs
- Full-time and part-time available
- Evenings and weekends required (that’s when earnings are highest)
- Predictable scheduling
- Valid Texas Barber or Cosmetology license
- Strong men’s haircutting skills (fades, tapers, beard work)
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Focused on guest experience and repeat business
