We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Verification Specialist to join our billing department in McKinney, TX.

This role is essential in supporting business operations through timely insuranceverifications and accurate account monitoring. If you thrive in a fast-paced,team-driven environment and are passionate about providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

• Verify insurance benefits and accurately document patient financial responsibility in the EMR system
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all insurance data prior to client intake
• Track and document payer-specific requirements and communicate updates to the team
• Coordinate with intake and billing departments on demographic and insurance issues
• Respond to incoming calls professionally and assist with insurance-related inquiries
• Provide ongoing support to the billing department as needed
• Complete and report on all VOB (Verification of Benefits) requests daily

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• At least 1 year of experience in insurance verification (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiarity with in-network payers and related tools
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

• Monday to Friday
• Full-Time, In-Person
