This is a full/part time, on‑site Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker position located in McKinney, Lewisville TX. The role involves providing therapeutic services to clients, including individual and group counseling sessions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The counselor will support clients through various life challenges and mental health issues, while promoting a safe and empathetic therapeutic environment.

• Strong skills in counseling, therapy, and emotional support
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in mental health care, case management, and client advocacy
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential records
• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
• Active and current licensure in Texas
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence‑based practices
• Commitment to continued professional development and ethical standards
