We are seeking a Care Navigator / Clinical Intake Sales Specialist (Spanish Speaking) to join our onsite intake team in McKinney, TX.
As a Care Navigator at Next STEPS Worldwide, you will guide infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients toward the right care through a consultative, sales‑driven intake process.
You will play a vital role in ensuring all clients receive compassionate, high‑quality care. Your voice will help families and individuals feel understood, supported, and confident as they take their first step toward healing.
This is not a traditional call center role.
This is a relationship‑based, consultative, sales‑driven phone position where you guide clients to the right care at the right time.

- Serve as the first point of contact for individuals, parents, caregivers, and families.
- Conduct detailed, individualized phone assessments.
- Educate clients on psychological, therapy, and nutrition services.
- Use consultative sales skills to convert inquiries into scheduled intakes.
- Match clients with the best‑fit provider and service.
- Meet exceed weekly and monthly conversion goals.
- Document interactions accurately in CRM/EMR systems.

- Comfortable working with all age populations
- Professional, emotionally intelligent, and persuasive
- 1+ year sales, intake, healthcare, or phone‑based experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- HIPAA knowledge preferred
- CRM/EMR experience a plus
- Monday–Friday
- No weekends
