Travel Ultrasound Technologist​/Sonographer - Sonography​/Ultrasound

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer with 2+ years of general, OB, and vascular sonography experience for a high-volume imaging department.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• BLS certification (AHA only) required
• RDMS-AB or RDMS-OB certification required
• RDMS-RVT certification preferred
• Active TX license required if applicable
• Must be confident, self-sufficient, and able to keep up in a very busy department

• Imaging/Ultrasound department setting
• High-volume department requiring confident, self-sufficient performance
• Performs general, small parts, OB (1st, 2nd, 3rd trimester), and full vascular ultrasound studies
• Schedule includes 2x12-hour shifts ) on Saturday and Sunday plus 1x8-hour shift ) on Monday
• Requires 1 week of back-up call per rotation, Monday-Friday
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered for this travel position
• Local candidates are not accepted
• Flu vaccination is mandatory with no exemptions granted
• Scrub colors must be black, dark grey, or Caribbean blue
• First-time travelers may be considered
