Night Auditor

Full‑time position at The Sheraton McKinney Hotel, part of TPG Hotels and Resorts.

Night Auditor handles financial and administrative duties during the nighttime shift, supporting guests and ensuring smooth operations.

• Guest Services:
  Assist with late check‑ins, early check‑outs, and address inquiries to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Front Desk Operations:
  Process check‑ins and check‑outs, manage reservations, handle calls, record transactions, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Nightly Reports & Reconciliation:
  Compile daily reports, verify and reconcile guest accounts, and prepare revenue summaries.
• Accounting & Bookkeeping:
  Post charges, payments, adjustments, and perform end‑of‑day reconciliation in the hotel’s property management system.
• Security & Safety:
  Monitor the premises, respond to emergencies, and ensure guest and property safety.
• Administrative Tasks:
  Perform filing, data entry, and prepare reports for the following day's operations.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in front‑office operations or guest services.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and computer systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Extended standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work performed inside a hotel environment with equipment and machines.
