Job Title: Active Directory / Entra  & Exchange Engineer

Role Overview: We’re looking for a hands‑on AD/Entra  who can hit the ground running on day one. The candidate should be capable of installing and configuring a new AD forest/domain and providing expert‑level (L3) support across Active Directory and Entra .

• Design, build, and manage AD forests, domains, sites, and trusts
  .
• Configure and maintain FSMO roles, DFS, and domain replication
  .
• Administer AD Certificate Services, DNS, DHCP, and OU structures
  .
• Implement and enforce Group Policies (GPOs) aligned with security baselines.
• Manage AD groups, security permissions, and delegation of access
  .
• Perform AD backups, restores (authoritative/non-authoritative), and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot login/authentication issues involving LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM
  .
• Configure and maintain RBAC, MFA, and privileged access management
  .
• Conduct AD audits, health checks, and remediation activities
  .
• Manage AD password policies and fine‑grain password policies
  .
• Develop and maintain Power Shell scripts for automation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain Entra  and Azure AD Connect
  .
• Provide L3 support for AD and Entra .
• Install, configure, and manage Microsoft Exchange Server in hybrid and on‑prem environments.
• Administer Exchange Online (Microsoft 365), including mailbox provisioning, distribution groups, and retention policies.
• Configure and troubleshoot hybrid mail flow between on‑prem Exchange and Exchange Online.
• Manage Exchange security settings
  , including anti‑spam, anti‑malware, and transport rules.
• Perform database maintenance, DAG configuration, and disaster recovery for Exchange environments.
• Implement and maintain Exchange certificates, Autodiscover, and Outlook connectivity
  .
• Monitor and optimize Exchange performance and storage utilization
  .

• Proven experience installing and configuring AD forests/domains from scratch.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Entra  (Azure AD), RBAC, MFA, and identity integrations.
• Deep understanding of GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and certificate services.
• Strong Power Shell scripting skills for automation and reporting.
• Solid grasp of authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP).
• Experience with AD/Entra h checks, audits, and remediation.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex AD replication and sync issues.
