We have an exciting opportunity for a manager who will work as an individual contributor, managing the full range of the contract management proposal acquisition life cycle. The role supports dynamic contracts with numerous internal and external customers as a critical partner with the Program and Proposal Management Offices. Contracts range from small trade studies to large development programs, supporting both classified and unclassified work.

What

You Will Do
  • Work as a collaborative team member with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal to construct and submit proposals to win new business.
  • Negotiate price and terms (including FAR and DFAR causes); advise management of contractual rights/obligations; and manage contracts after award.
  • Interface with customers for correspondence, contractual changes and contractual issues. Influence others through the explanation of facts, policies and practices. Investigate and resolve contractual matters by critically thinking, gathering detailed information, seeking innovative contracting techniques, and proactively collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide advice/guidance on regulations, and policy/procedure to mitigate risks and unauthorized changes. Review proposals to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements, represent a balanced risk/opportunity posture and deliver a financially sound business case while meeting company policies and standards.
  • Work with local DCMA/DCAA on government contracts.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
  • Experience with contractual documents (NDAs, PIAs, ACAs, TAAs, contracts, subcontracts, RFPs and/or proposals).
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Active Top Secret clearance.
  • Experience working in classified areas.
  • Experience developing and maintaining high‑performance relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
  • Experience working competitive pursuits in excess of $100 M; experience with pre‑proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiation and start‑up phases of programs.
  • National Contract Management Association (NCMA) certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to use clear and concise written and verbal communications.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD – 203,000 USD. Benefits and compensation will vary based on role, function, location, education/training, and key skills.
