The IT Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing advanced technical support to end-users for complex hardware, software, and networking issues. This role primarily handles escalated tickets from Level 1 support, requiring deep diagnostic skills and a high degree of technical proficiency to minimize system downtime and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• In-depth knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and/or cloud identity management (Azure AD).
• Intermediate understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience troubleshooting O365/Microsoft 365 or similar enterprise applications.
• Serve as the SME for end‑user support and basic administration of the organization's SharePoint Online environment.
• Perform other job‑related duties as necessary or assigned.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk role (Tier 1 or Tier
  2).
• Strong focus on customer service, patience, and professional demeanor.
• Preferred Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified:
  Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users.

• Experience with Dell Hardware, Canon printers, CISCO or UKG.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to twenty‑five pounds at times.

May work in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, in offices, in multiple shops, and in commercial buildings. Maintaining the same position or posture while performing tasks and sitting for prolonged periods.
