Job Location:

McKinney, TX 75069, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $23.08 Hourly,

• Imaging, installing, configuring, and maintaining of user computers, connections, and peripherals.
• Performance tuning of end user computers.
• Removal and installation of all IT equipment during moves, remodels, deployments, and build out of offices including computers, switches, routers, printers, and peripherals.
• Interacting with end users to fully utilize MIS resources.
• Works Help Desk tickets to provide timely response and resolution.
• Maintain working relationship with other departments within the agency.
• Documents build/rebuild of any new or existing computer.
• Documents IT equipment in Lifepath's asset management system.
• System administration, e.g., adding/deleting end users, as well as managing user and computer accounts in an Active Directory environment.
• Integrating systems to meet business needs with automation.
• Coordinating with other information systems resources.
• Uses work hours efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned

• Graduation from accredited high school or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' experience working as System Support Specialist or similar job.
• Industry certifications are a plus (A+, Network+, MCP, etc.)
• Current valid Texas driver's license required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10 and newer)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Office 365.
• Knowledgeable of PC components and operation.
• Power Shell scripting is a plus.
• Possess solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work efficiently both with others and under limited supervision.
• Ability to communicate well with others at all levels in the English language
• Must be flexible and willing to work to meet established deadlines
