Legal Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join a high‑level, rapidly growing plaintiffs’ personal injury firm. The role emphasizes strategic collaboration with attorneys, coordinating with treating physicians, clients, and insurance adjusters, and ensuring each case is uniquely built to maximize claim value. You will assist with the preparation of legal documents and manage all office correspondence, including phone calls, emails, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and deadline reminders.

• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings and discovery materials.
• Assist attorneys in gathering evidence and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with treating physicians, clients, and insurance adjusters to collect and organize case data.
• Manage office correspondence, schedule meetings, travel, and maintain awareness of deadlines.
• Support attorneys in strategizing case development with meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience in a law firm environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
