Litigation Paralegal

Saunders | Walsh is seeking a litigation paralegal to join our growing team in McKinney, Texas. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of cases for two partners at the firm.

• Organize and maintain case files.
• Calendar management and scheduling deadlines, hearings pursuant to TRCP for 2-3 attorneys.
• Communicate clearly and frequently with attorneys.
• Client interfacing.
• Create notebooks for hearings and trials; form discovery, document organization and indexing.
• Draft form correspondence to clients, discovery, pleadings, subpoenas, etc.
• Proofread and edit correspondence and other written materials.

• Proven experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and research skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Associate's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work in our McKinney, Texas office.

$50,000 - $70,000 per year.
