TPG Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Corporate Director of Perofrmance Marketing!

This postion will be based at our corporate headquarters in McKinney, TX!

The Corporate Director of Performance Marketing leads the paid and owned digital demand generation strategy for the TPG portfolio, ensuring that all efforts are made to maximize profitable direct revenue from online channels to achieve Company revenue objectives.

• Primary focus is the Company’s owned portfolio of independent hotels, where the position has full accountability for direct channel performance; the position also supports hotels carrying a brand flag, maximizing the value of Brand programs and executing compliant local marketing that complements Brand-led efforts.
• Responsibility extends beyond rooms revenue to the full hotel commercial mix, including food & beverage outlets, spa, meetings and events, and other ancillary services.
• Works closely with the Corporate Director of Creative and Content, Regional VP’s of Sales, Regional Directors of Revenue Management, Regional VP’s of Operations and property leadership to ensure budgeted revenue goals are achieved.
• Interacts with Brand personnel, media and technology vendors, agencies and other partners to ensure TPG properties receive appropriate attention and full benefit of these resources.
• Provides information, guidance and direction to corporate and hotel management in all areas related to digital performance marketing.
• Ensures all efforts are in alignment with the vision and direction of the Company, brand requirements, and local, state and national regulations, including privacy and consumer protection regulations.
• The Corporate Director of Performance Marketing articulates Company goals and demonstrates commitment to these goals through work ethic, integrity and respect for the Company and its associates.
• This position interacts with Brand representatives, property owners and other constituents, responding to inquiries and requests accordingly.
• Works directly with the Company’s corporate staff and responds to issues and needs including sales, revenue management, asset management, accounting, human resources, and others.
• Performance in this position is measured by direct channel revenue and share of total revenue, return on advertising spend, cost of acquisition relative to third-party channels, website conversion, F&B, spa and ancillary revenue generated from digital channels, and the level of direct service and support to the properties.
